Raffles Health Insurance

Managed and executed various key marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, OOH, email and social media marketing that aligns with the marketing direction of the company to drive leads generation, traffic flow and brand awareness. Analysed monthly performance data and reports to gather insights from organic and paid campaigns. Condensing these insights into monthly reports to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. For the year of 2024, marketing campaign efforts have amassed an increase in lead capture by 25.63% (+425), an increase in traffic conversions by 15.80% (+191) and traffic generation by 32.75% (+21,610). Collaborated with relevant internal/external stakeholders to execute campaigns/projects that are aligned with the company’s marketing strategy and branding position. Fostering strong relationships for RHI and Raffles Medical Group. Examples include a photography contest for travel tickets at the IHHSSR 2024, a Ring Fit game contest for World Heart Day 2024 and a sure-win Gachapon machine booth for Chinese New Year 2025. Amassing a total of 338 leads generated from these key campaigns. Project management for key strategic initiatives on customer insights, touchpoint analysis and customer journeys. Examples include a customer feedback email survey and recent claimants Google reviews email initiative. Creating fresh content on Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic. Crafting engaging captions and thumbnails to encourage click-through rates that will ultimately turn into leads. Worked closely with external agencies and vendors to manage the website and optimise campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.
